We reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel subscriptions at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed on the Unarchive website and may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service following a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@goshenites.com and we will issue a full refund, provided that the AI has not produced a voice profile and full chapter draft on your behalf (which would indicate substantial use of the core service). Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Your subscription grants access for the period specified at the time of purchase (currently 3 months). Access will expire at the end of this period unless renewed. Your manuscript files and exports remain yours permanently regardless of subscription status.
Subject to these Terms, Goshen Tribe LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial book-writing purposes during your active subscription period.

You retain full ownership of all content, manuscripts, stories, voice profiles, and materials you create through or upload to the Service ("User Content"). You grant Goshen Tribe LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your manuscripts or any content you produce.
The Service itself — including all software, algorithms, interfaces, design, branding, and documentation — is owned exclusively by Goshen Tribe LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the platform or its underlying technology to you.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in drafting manuscript content based on materials and information you provide. Content generated through the Service, including AI-drafted chapters, is considered part of your User Content and belongs to you. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all AI-generated content before publication or distribution.
Important: Unarchive uses AI to assist in generating written content. AI-generated text may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not perfectly represent your intended message. You must review and approve all AI-generated content before publication. Goshen Tribe LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the theological accuracy, factual correctness, or fitness for publication of any AI-generated text.
The AI system is designed to reflect your voice and input materials, but it is not infallible. You, as the author, are solely responsible for the final content of any manuscript produced using the Service.
By uploading or linking to source materials (including sermon recordings, transcripts, notes, YouTube links, or other content) through the Service, you represent and warrant that:

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully.
The Service may integrate with or depend on third-party services including payment processors, AI model providers, cloud hosting services, and transcription services. Your use of any third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Goshen Tribe LLC is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GOSHEN TRIBE LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM US OR THROUGH THE SERVICE CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOSHEN TRIBE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GOSHEN TRIBE LLC'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION AND WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goshen Tribe LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any third-party rights; or (e) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or behavior we determine is harmful to other users or the Company. Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately expires. Sections 6, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@goshenites.com. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in Section 4.3.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitration shall take place in Texas. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in court where necessary.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
